Presently the journey to Yelandur take 5.5hrs each way utilising 2 local bus services.

Morning journey 5.5hrs

Clinic hours run from 12:00 to 16:00 (4hrs)

Evening journey 5.5hrs

Approximately 80 Patients are seen in 4hrs, Unfortunately, many patients are still waiting for treatment when it is time to leave.

The clinic setup is very basic consisting of a table and 3 chairs. The consulting room has no patient privacy and is often without electricity.

The usual fee for treatment is 10Rs (about 12p or US20c), with some patients receiving their medicine for free.
